Pre-Dating Speed Dating   ♥   What Do I Talk About?

When you arrive at one of our Pre-Dating Speed Dating Events, remember to be yourself and put too much pressure on yourself or the evening. You're going to talk to 6-12 (sometimes more) singles of the opposite gender, one-at-a-time in a series of 6-minute "Pre-Dates". We make the number of men and women as equal as possible. We'll facilitate so you'll meet everyone. Talk about whatever you like, but keep it light & friendly. Remember to listen! It's not a job interview or interrogation :) and you don't have to tell everyone your life story or about your past relationships... you're just spending a little time together to see if you want to speak again. It's a good idea to have a few ice-breaker questions ready incase you need them. These are a few we like.

PRE-DATING SPEED DATING ICE-BREAKER QUESTIONS

  • Are you an indoor or outdoor person?
  • Who’s your celebrity crush?
  • Do you have a favorite thing about yourself?
  • What movie will you watch over and over?
  • Is there an activity you do NOT find fun at all?
  • What were you like as a kid?
  • Can you tell me 3 things do you want in a partner?
  • What makes you automatically swipe left – do you have “deal breakers”?
  • My biggest fear in relationships is... what's yours?
  • What’s important to know about you?
  • Something you once believed but don’t?
  • Would you share your first impression of me?
  • What are you most proud of in your life?
  • Is it easy for you to accept help if you need it?
  • If you had three wishes, what would they be?
  • Know Any Good Jokes?
  • Whats your most treasured memory?
  • If your house were on fire, empty of people, what would you grab first?
  • Is there anyone you would trade lives with?
  • You can invite anyone to dinner, living or dead, who would it be?
  • How often do you follow your intuition?
  • Do you believe most people are honest?
  • Do you like to travel or stay home?
  • What sort of vacations do you like to take?
  • Where else would you like to live?
  • How would your family/friends describe you?
  • Did anything surprising happen today?
  • If it came out this year, what would your yearbook say, "Most likely to..."?
