Our singles events are the interactive way to network, meet your match, make new friends... or just to have a great time! Our goal is to provide a fun and efficient way for people of all ages, to meet in a stress-free way. Venues benefit from our extensive marketing efforts and get new Customers. Hosts make extra money, make new friends, and most importantly help people on their path finding love.
Founded in 2001, Pre-Dating Speed Dating and Lock & Key Events are the largest, oldest and most respected Singles Event services in the USA. As a woman-owned business, we support women of all ages in their entrepreneurship, goals, and career development. EVENT HOSTS

Our Nationwide network of Event Hosts coordinate singles events in their home cities, at local venues. These Event Host work as Independent Contractors and are paid a percentage of ticket sales, or a flat fee. Note: this is not a salary or hourly paid job. We support them with Training, all of the Customer Service Support, Multi-Channel Marketing, our multiple selling Websites, other online methods for Ticket Sales, as well as the Credibility of the largest dating event company in the USA.
Our Event Hosts coordinate two types of events:
1) Pre-Dating Speed Dating Event: There are many copycats, but Pre-Dating has been running Speed Dating events since 2001. You've probably seen the concept in TV shows and movies. Attendees meet up to 12 potential partners in six-minute "Pre-Dates."
2) Lock and Key Parties: Our Trademarked Event. Single woman get a lock, single men get a key. Their goal is to match the right key with the right lock. Every time they unlock with a different person, they each get a raffle ticket for a prize drawing at the end.
We Don't Overburden our Event Hosts. You only have so much time available and this is a part-time opportunity, so we work hard to streamline our procedures and marketing to minimize the time you need to invest in coordinating events. However, there is effort and commitment on your part to join our team. Our process has been proven to ensure great people stick with us for a long, long time.
We require Event Hosts have the following:
- We're looking for people that are ORGANIZED, DEPENDABLE, SMART, POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, and good with people. You must be comfortable guiding people through the event, and excited by the opportunity to help people find love!
- 100% Reliable - the Host must be there, on time, to run the event.
- Requires 4-9 hours a month (set your own schedule).
- Computer and good internet access (not just a phone) and a Smartphone that can access the internet when not at home.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to work either evening or weekend hours (set your own schedule).
- Ability to lift 10 pounds. You may need to move tables & chairs to set up the event.
- Good communication skills and ability to speak and project your voice in front of a crowd.
- Able to pass drug screen and background check.

VENUES: HOST SINGLES EVENTS AT YOUR LOCATION
We're always looking for local venues to host our Speed Dating Events and Lock & Key Singles Mixers. If you own or manage a venue, such as a hotel bar, restaurant, pub, and other venues that has the space and wants to bring in new business. Let's work out something mutually beneficial!
Here is some info about hosting our speed dating events:
We don't pay or charge venues, but Hosting our events provides excellent exposure for your venue.- We send multiple emails to our list of 2,500+ local single people.
- Our full-time social media person ensures that your venue is featured on our large Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
- We send out local press releases for many events.
- We list the events on local calendar websites.
- Our recent media coverage includes appearances on the CNN website, the Wall Street Journal, a Columbus OH local TV show, an upcoming season of TLC's 90 Day The Single Life, local news in Buffalo and Philadelphia -- so you never know what kind of attention the event will get.
- Your venue will be showcased on our high-traffic website, and we will provide a link to your site, which is valuable for search engine ranking.
- During the event, you have the opportunity to introduce your place, your products, and what makes it special to our attendees. This serves as free advertising and encourages repeat visits.
- Time: We schedule the events on your slow nights, usually at 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm. Alternatively, weekends are also suitable. The events last approximately 2 hours, or 4 hours for a double event with 2 sessions.
- Space: Participants will need tables where they can sit facing each other. A long table or 2-tops are acceptable, and we will bring small table number signs. If you have a bar or sofas, those can work too, but tables are preferred.
- Atmosphere: We want a friendly ambiance. If possible, an area or time where people can talk quietly with a bit of privacy. The most important thing is low noise -- we would want to come when there's no live or loud music, so participants can have conversation.
