I just visited Cupid.com/PreDating, a national "speed dating" company that holds local singles events where you can meet up to a dozen single professionals (close to your age) maybe more. They have this neat format where you go on a series of face-to-face, 6 minute "mini-dates". They organize the whole thing so there's no pressure no rejection, and no games.
